Huger Street Addition

The owner of this home requested a small addition to increase the size of the kitchen dining area and allow more light into the home. The property had to go through zoning review due to its location, and lot occupancy requirements allowed for only a minor increase in the building’s footprint. Thompson Young Design worked closely with the River Creek Construction and the owner in order to complete the addition on a short timeline and within budget requirements.
